We are still accepting auditions for our Spring 2026 Productions! If you are interested in being considered for our shows, please submit a video audition! Video audition instructions can be found below.

Video Audition Information

Required for Mainstage, Junior & Showcase Productions:

For your video audition we ask that you sing one prepared song selection (approx.1 minute) from any Broadway Musical. Please start your audition video stating your name, age, pronouns, your selected song title, and the musical it is from. You can then transition directly into your song using a performance backing track without words or a karaoke track, no need for cuts or fancy edits! At the end of your singing, please say "thank you" to end your audition.

Please email your audition to Info@ICanDoThatPAC.org with the subject line "ICDT! Spring 2026 Auditions". Please include your name, age, and any scheduling conflicts in the body of the email. Rehearsal and show dates for our shows can be found here.

Audition FAQ'S

WHY DO I NEED TO AUDITION?

*Please know we are not able to cast everyone who auditions. 

All cast members are held to a high standard of professionalism and are required to put in the hard work that comes with putting on a show. This includes rehearsing as a team, taking responsibility for their role, refining harmonies, working on their own at home, and performing on a professional stage for a large audience! Auditions are necessary to determine who is ready for this level of professionalism. Everyone must complete a general audition in order to be considered.

WHAT IF I DON'T GET CAST IN THE SHOW?

If one show isn't the right fit, keep trying because the next one might be!

Dealing with rejection is incredibly disappointing, and something actors experience often. If you aren’t cast, remind yourself that there are some things within your control (Was I prepared? Did I do my best? Did I let my nerves take over?) and some things you can't control (Who else auditioned? What are the casting directors looking for? How many people do they need?) When putting together a cast, we take many things into consideration and a lot of it is out of your hands. Focus on the things you can control: You can always take classes and practice to get stronger in order to increase your chances for next time. In theatre, there is always going to be someone out there working harder who might be better for the role. Continue training and strengthening your skills and come back to audition again! HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR MY AUDITION?

PREPARING YOUR AUDITION VIDEO:

  • Your video only needs to be approx 1 minute

  • We want to hear you sing and see your personality!

  • Find a quiet space with good lighting

  • Ask a parent or friend to help film if needed, or set up a tripod

  • Slate: Clearly tell us your name, age, and song title on camera

  • Sing a portion of a Musical Theatre song you know & love

  • Make sure you sing along to a backing track so we can hear your voice with music!

TRIAL CLASSES:
A paid trial classes may be available upon request. Please contact us to book a trial class!

PAYMENT PLANS:
Initial tuition payment (Full or Half Payment options) or application for Tuition Assistance is required within 24 hours of enrollment. If your card is declined, you must reach out to us within 48 hours with an updated method of payment. If no payment is made, we will give the spot to the next person on the waitlist.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
A refund (minus a Cancellation Fee) or full class credit* will be issued if the request is made at least 10 ICDT! business days before the Session start date. For Spring 2026 Enrollments the final cancellation date with a refund is December 8th, 2025 by 5PM. (Excludes Junior and Mainstage Productions)
*Class credit expires 1 year after Session start date
